Caves to Castles: Discover and try the SKills and Trades of Pre-Historic and Medieval Forest Life Through Workshops

On Sat 6 June, there’s great entertainment for accompanied children on this affordable workshop day run by the volunteers of the Knaresborough Museum Association. You can try all the activities throughout the day: Make a clay pot; create a cave painting; a nun can prescribe for your wellbeing & you take your prescription to the apothecary to make your own herb bag; create your own coat of arms & make an heraldic shield; try your hand at spinning; make some cord from paper and there is more too!
Entrance to the United Reform Church is via Windsor Lane.
No advance booking required, just turn up between 10am and 4pm
